Our Story
Brought to life by Lena Luisa Brabender, living leadership is built on real life stories and leadership experiences from the corporate world.
From selling real estate in Australia to project managing construction sites in New Zealand – after 6 years abroad and moving back to Germany, Lena Luisa started developing coaching programs for corporate professionals & companies.
Over the years she has worked in partnership with Coach Masters Academy as a coach, mentor & trainer, as well as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – continuously improving her skills & striving for excellence in the transformative coaching space.
Today, together with her team of coaches & trainers, Lena Luisa combines years of experience in management, leadership roles & corporate coachings in living leadership to create self-coaching cultures.

THE APPROACH
living leadership is a 12 week course designed to develop a self-coaching culture who cultivates clear communication and teams who take responsibility. Combining 6x 90min Online Coaching Classes with 6x 30min 1.:1 Coaching Sessions to bridge the gap between knowing & leading.

6x 30min 1:1 sessions (every 2nd week)
Each class invites to reflect on a personal challenge with the topic that will then be followed up by a 1:1 coaching session.
