Hi, I am Lena Luisa. 

I remember waving goodbye to my friends & family at the airport making my way across the globe with $500 AUD to my name, all the faith & no idea what the hell I was doing.

So there I was… stranded in Australia 6 years ago and the rest is history.

I worked several jobs, (I couldn’t count them all if I’m tired!) from washing dishes, riding motorbikes on farms, real estate sales & working 70h per week in construction as a construction project manager.

I wasn’t afraid of putting the hard work in, and I wholeheartedly believed that this is what I had to do to get somewhere/ahead in life.

I constantly looked for ways to improve myself & others but found the journey of self-discovery & entrepreneurship was one exhausting, lonely road.

My first year in project management I worked an average of 60,70 hours per week, made a bunch of money and achieved some amazing results but BURNT OUT & crashed.

My first business I started at the age of 18 which lasted about 6 months and I remember feeling like a failure and being left with a lot of questions.. HOW DO PEOPLE DO IT?

I know you can resonate with me.

But here is the good news.

Jumping to 6 years later, what I’ve learned & done in the meantime exceeds my imagination on a daily basis.

Despite the challenges of having to move countries & starting over from 0 (and well, with $0) with a suitcase and a bunch of willpower…

Once I decided to go all in with my coaching business, trusting my intuition to take the leap and let go of what I thought was “safe”… a bunch of things aligned for me.

Once I figured out who I was and what I wanted to create I kept taking small aligned action steps towards that vision.

I was able to tap into my potential & use it as a vehicle to create the life I’ve always dreamed of.

I am location free, working on projects that I am passionate about, speaking at live events, get to inspire & teach others what I know on a daily basis and wake up feeling ALIVE every day.

I’ve learned to use my mind as my greatest asset & applied the same tools & methods over & over again.. and before I knew it,

I had figured out how to ditch procrastination, overthinking & got out of my own way so I could show up and lead with confidence, clarity & certainty.

Why is this important?

Because if I can do it, so can you.
